Instructions

After you have completed the desired eye make-up, apply COSMIC DUST mascara from the roots to the tips of the lashes. For an even more intense effect, apply a second coat, emphasizing the points you want to highlight. Use the glitter mascara to apply a single coat for a subtle shimmer, or build up the intensity for eyes that positively sparkle.
Tip: Before applying the glitter mascara, make sure that the black mascara's layers are completely dry.
